We do accept returns provided you have reported the problem via eBay within 3 working days of our delivery, returns to our warehouse in SN4 7SR are entirely the buyers responsibility and cost, we will not accept any returns for goods which have been worn, misused or damaged. All stock is inspected and extensively photographed prior to dispatch. All returns must be returned as new supplied with original labels intact and original packaging returned.
We use mainly Interlink Express Parcels to safely deliver your packages next day, deliveries to England are as quoted (generally £8). Deliveries to Scotland, IOM, Northern Ireland and any other EU location will attract increased transit costs, if you are unsure please ask. Multiple items can be shipped at a reduced cost, £8 will cover up to 20Kgs in weight, again please ask.
